Our forms send auto-reply (confirmation) e-mails; they can send e-mails with the submissions to anyone within your organization; and they store all entries in an easily-accessible database. Submissions are viewable on-line and are downloadable. Actually, everything that you see on any of our sites downloadable into an Excel spreadsheet. All of the content consists of fields in a MySQL database.
