User Forums

Looking for ways to develop an on-line community, including a place where people can help each other?

How about ways for employees to communicate with each-other by discussing problems and proposing solutions–even when those individuals are strangers. Looking for simple and inexpensive ways to help them self-organize based upon common interests and needs? Or ways to store institutional details and knowledge? You can help with many of those tasks by providing an on-line forum.

Forums are great ways for visitors (or employees) to find answers to both frequently-asked and infrequently-asked questions. In addition, they are great ways to reduce support costs (of employees or customers) and get very valuable feedback–both positive and negative–about your organization and its products and services. (When folks talk among themselves, they sometimes forget that others are listening.)

If you are interested, we can show you the one that we prefer.
